Job Summary
We are looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to focus on recruiting non-exempt positions for locations across the nation. This is an excellent entry level position on our team.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will creatively source, identify, and screen candidates to present to internal management. This shared recruiting service will be based in Rochester, NY where you will be fully supported by an experienced and successful recruiting team with a proven track record for recruiting some of the countryโs best talent.
- Work proactively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs
- Post all open positions to multiple sources to drive applicant traffic
- Review and call every qualified applicant within 48 hours of receiving their application (heavily phone based)
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners
- Build networks and utilize sourcing tools to find qualified passive candidates
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to organize candidate resumes, search candidates, and keep in compliance with OFCCP regulations
- Will manage high volume of requisitions
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree in Communications, Business, HR (or related discipline) or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent preferred
- Experience with MS Office Products, Internet search and software-based Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to communicate with hiring managers and candidates at all levels (written/verbal)
- Desire to be on the phone the majority of the day screening candidates and building relationships
- Bi-lingual - Spanish is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

The Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) is responsible for performing delegated activities to support the operating room team in the care of the surgical patient. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Core Supervisor, the SPT. prepares and delivers medical/surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures. The SPT cleans, packages, and processes surgical equipment and instrumentation, as well as maintains inventory and storage of supplies in the core. Additionally, the SPT manages multiple computer applications to assist with sterilization tracking and processes. Responsibilities also include operating and troubleshooting power equipment to process instruments (i.e. autoclaves, washer disinfector, ultrasonic cleaners).ย
Qualifications
Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certification as a Central Processing Technician (CRCST) within 18 months of hire. Must be 18 years of age prior to start date.ย Prefer two years of experience in the handling and sterilization processing of surgical/medical/dental instrumentation within the past four years, or vocational certificate as Central Service Technician or Patient Care Assistant within the last two years. Alternatively, at least two years of experience as a Central Service Technician or Patient Care Assistant in an acute care setting within the last five years. Prefer knowledge of medical terminology. Adapts to unpredictable situations within the perioperative setting. Proven ability to communicate with a variety of people in a direct, empathetic, and articulate manner. Demonstrated patient-centered and customer focused communication skills. Frequent lifting/carrying of 25 pounds or more, with occasional work above shoulder level.ย

The registered nurse (RN) in the Internal Travel Team at Mayo Clinic will rotate across Mayo Clinic sites in Arizona, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin as determined by patient care needs.ย
Our ED RNs support our Emergency Department settings across our MCHS hospitals in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Duties include assessing, triaging, and treating patients of all ages that come through the hospital doors. This position requires a commitment to patient safety/satisfaction as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a wide array of other healthcare professionals. Our MCHS EDs range from level I to level IV trauma centers, so the exact role that the Internal Travel Team ED RN performs from site to site can vary based on patient demand, resource availability, and facility practices. The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The RN will function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice provide a basis for the practice of the RN. The RN provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts. The RN delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability and availability of resources. The RN possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate on committees or projects. The registered nurse (RN) in the Mayo Clinic Department of Nursing Central Staffing Pool will provide contingency staffing support across Mayo Clinic nursing sites as determined by staffing and patient care needs. Qualifications
Graduate of a nursing program, as recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). ย One year of RN experience required.ย
All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date of April 1, 2020, and after must provide documented evidence of program completion of the baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program within five years from the last day of the month of the RN start date.
