- Other Info: - Must have their own office space in any: - Mountain Home: 1 day/week - Grangeville: 2 days/week - Moscow: Half day/week - Sandpoint: Half day/week - Willing to accept: FM/IM/Orthopedic Surg/Anyone w/ General Med OR compensation & pension experience.

Requirements:
- Active ID License
- BC
- Own a laptop (No MACs/Apple)
- DMA Certification or willing to obtain
- Must have their own office
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating & diagnosing respiratory & cardiovascular.
- Must be within 50 miles from the facility
- CV w/ current home address listed
- Self-Query NPDB (pulled within 30 days)
- Copy of ECFMG cert (if attended school in a diff country)
