Unit Description: As a Resource RN, you will care for a mixed population of patients across the UVM Medical Center. Our team is comprised of RNs and LNAs who float between different units to help cover inpatient staffing needs. As a department, we support up to 20 different units ranging from Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, to Maternal Child. Job Summary
The HR & Office Administrator will support both human resources administration and general office operations for the Buffalo plant. This role will manage recruiting support, onboarding coordination, employee experience, HR compliance, payroll inputs, and administrative functions that ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a growing environment. As one of the early hires during plant launch, this person will help establish foundational systems and culture for the workforce.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Lead or support hourly and salaried recruiting activities including job posting, applicant coordination, and temporary staffing management.
- Coordinate and conduct new-hire onboarding, orientation, and safety introductions.
- Ensure accurate employee setup in HR systems, timekeeping, benefits access, payroll submission, and system communication tools.
- Partner with management to support employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and compliance with employment laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain employee records including personnel files, training documentation, PTO and leaves of absence, roster accuracy, and turnover metrics.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR, administrative, or office support roles; manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled HRIS System Administrator to join our HR team and manage our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HR system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS system. This role will collaborate with various departments to optimize system performance, implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support to ensure the HR system meets the needs of the organization.
What you’ll do
HRIS System Management
- Administer and maintain the UKG HR system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Configure system settings, workflows, and user access within UKG to meet business requirements.
- Support the HRIS team in implementing upgrades, enhancements, and patches to the UKG system.
- Perform regular audits of system data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure system security, data backups, and disaster recovery plans are up-to-date.
User Support and Training
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to end users, resolving system issues and providing guidance on system features.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and other system users on UKG functionalities.
System Optimization and Reporting
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Generate and maintain custom reports and dashboards using UKG tools to support HR metrics and decision-making.
- Analyze system data and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes.
Compliance and Security
- Ensure the HRIS complies with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain user access controls, ensuring that sensitive data is protected according to security protocols.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the HRIS aligns with data protection standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Project Management
- Lead or assist in the planning and implementation of HRIS-related projects, such as system integrations, migrations, or process improvements.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years or more experience organizing data reports and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems such as UKG and/or Kronos preferred
- Strong experience in generating reports and data analysis within HRIS systems.
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish / English
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
- Project management experience is a plus.

Position Summary
The Quality Control Technician II performs acceptance testing and inspection activities on in-process and finished goods to ensure products meet established requirements. This role is responsible for executing testing and inspection tasks accurately, documenting results in a timely manner, and supporting quality system compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The position is onsite 5 days a week. This is a first shift position with hours from 6am-2:30pm. There may be a possibility for overtime via extended hours or weekends.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Perform functional acceptance testing, destructive, non-desand inspections on products assembled on the manufacturing floorin accordance withapproved procedures and test methods.
- Perform destructive and non-destructive testing on in-process and finished goods (e.g., Visual Inspection, Seal Width, Length, Water Entry Pressure, Instron Testing, Radial Burst, Borescope, Spectrophotometry).
- Conductindependentreview of Shop Floor Paperwork (SFP) to verify completeness and accuracy prior to product release or further processing.
- Identifyand subject non-conforming materials to the NCMR processin accordance withestablished quality procedures.
- Ensure all testing is performed according to established procedures, protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Read,comprehend, and follow job instructions, procedures, protocols, and work-related documents, including verbal and written directions.
- Train Inspectors on acceptance testing methods, applicable procedures, and newly implemented policies, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
