GP Strategies Government Solutions has an immediate need for an Aircraft Structures Instructor to support a large aerospace client in St. Louis, MO. We are seeking candidates who are able to conduct training covering a broad range of structures subject matter including, but not limited to: Heavy Structures, Drill and Fill, Fastener Install and Removal, Bond and Ground and Sealing. This is a full-time, temporary position with an approximate end date of 12/31/25.

Job Summary:

• Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], distance learning, simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements.
• Assesses and tests the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
• Expert in navigating technical documents related to manufacturing / repair documents and/or blueprints (detail, assembly or installation drawings).
• Confers with management/client to understand work situation.
• Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
• Evaluates training programs and reports on trainee progress.
• Maintains training programs and materials.
• Prepare training areas to be teach ready

Qualifications:

• Education, training and prior aerospace experience in structures including but not limited to Heavy Structures, Drill and Fill, Fastener Install and Removal, Bond and Ground and Sealing preferred
• Presentation skills or training/teaching background/experience

Title: Construction Program Manager

Location: Bowling Ohio

Duration: 12 months + extensions + potential to convert

Compensation: $70 - $100 + per diem

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree and/or minimum of 10 years professional experience in any combination of construction, operations, maintenance, and project planning.

10+ years' experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers/critical infrastructure, MEP and Connectivity

General knowledge of electrical, mechanical and connectivity systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time in different phases. Mission Critical, infrastructure, and/or Data Center Construction Experience .

Experience in commissioning of retrofit and new leased data center build outs.

Knowledge of CPM scheduling practices and familiarity with Primavera P6 software.

Functional in MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of Data Center Fitout projects in leased properties.

Support the Lead CM as needed including contractor, designer, and vendor management.

Ownership of the construction scope, including retrofits of existing data halls and build outs of new spaces within the leased portfolio across North America.

Provides project coordination between Contractors, Landlords, Consultants and Cross Functional Partners.

Provide construction leadership at the site by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our cross functional partners, consultants, vendors, landlords and contractors.

Identify, define, and gain cross functional alignment around opportunities to drive efficiency through innovation, process, and accountability.

Provide project planning and scoping by working with cross functional partners and internal customers to identify, sequence and package work scopes for execution.

Aid in the creation and maintenance of project schedules with support from Project Controls and Scheduling.

Manage the cost change process and negotiate best pricing in partnership with cross functional / matrixed team members in cost and schedule.

Manage the schedule and associated risks to ensure reliable and predictable turnover dates.

Reporting upward on opportunities, risks, and mitigations to ensure predictable delivery of capacity.

Responsible for monthly WIP walks to validate work in place for invoicing and regular site walks amongst Contractors, Landlord, consultants and cross functional partners to track progress and confirm handover conditions are met.

Manage relationships with the contractor, and designer.

Assist with developing capital project budgets and provide ROM construction cost estimates.

Manage monthly CapEx forecasting for all project related costs. Provide analysis and action plan based on weekly project status report (financial, schedule, Q/C).

Manage Method of Procedures (MOPs) for any retrofit/remedy work in live data center.

Escalates key issues quickly to Construction Manager.

Promote and model an attitude of continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork in behaviors and communications.

Support and lead an industry leading safety culture and program.

GP Government Solutions has an immediate need for an Electrical Instructor to support a large aerospace client in Huntsville, AL. We are seeking candidates who are able to conduct training covering Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. This is an onsite position that requires 15% travel.

Job Summary:

• Confers with management/client to understand work situation. Performs needs, job and task analysis to determine training required for trainees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies.
• May recommend plans for development of instructional methods and delivery of individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
• Selects teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
• Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.

The Senior SharePoint Architect serves as the lead technical authority responsible for the planning, architecture, engineering, and modernization of DISA J6's SharePoint and Dynamics CRM platforms. This role supports both Platform Services and Operations and Maintenance Service Delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to DISA's enterprise technology roadmap and cloud transition goals. The Sr. SharePoint Architect designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Identifies, assesses, and presents options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including hardware and software updates or upgrades. Responsible for developing high level system design diagrams. Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards - such as Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model - as they apply to the implementation and specification of Information Management (IM) solution of the application platform, across the application program interface (API), and the external environment/software application. • Owns overall operational performance for Megawatt Solutions’ data center infrastructure services, including structured cabling and fiber solutions for hyperscale, neocloud, colocation, AI, and enterprise customers
• Provides strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring consistent execution across engineering, procurement, installation, integration, testing, and closeout
• Drives operational excellence, scalability, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all active regions and accounts
• Leads and grows the operations organization, including Project Management, Engineering, Field Operations, and partner management teams
• Establishes and manages strategic relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to Megawatt Solutions’ quality standards
• Oversees multiple concurrent large-scale data center deployments, ensuring risk mitigation, resource alignment, and delivery consistency
• Develops, tracks, and reports key operational KPIs related to safety, quality, schedule adherence, margin performance, and customer satisfaction
• Partners with Sales and Executive Leadership to support go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and scalable delivery approaches that drive profitable growth
• Oversees all engineering and technical delivery functions, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks
• Provides executive oversight and guidance during pre-sales phases, including technical scoping, solution design, and delivery planning for complex infrastructure projects
• Ensures Megawatt Solutions remains aligned with emerging technologies, including AI-ready infrastructure and high-density computing environments
• Champions continuous improvement initiatives across delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and operational processes
• Owns quality assurance across all operational deliverables, from initial design through final client handoff

Program & Client Management

• Leads client engagement and operational delivery for all fiber and low voltage infrastructure products and services
• Builds and maintains trusted executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ensures seamless project execution by coordinating resources, managing change orders, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery timelines
• Monitors project performance metrics, progress reporting, and risk indicators across the portfolio
• Ensures final project documentation, turnover packages, and client handoff are completed to Megawatt Solutions’ standards in collaboration with Sales and Engineering
