Duties:
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement activities on the production floor.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing methods, workflows, and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement on the production floor.
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and drive sustainability efforts.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Design, develop, and refine tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance productivity.
- Pursue and support cost reduction and sustainability initiatives
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and localization projects to streamline production
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications:
- BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Automation preferred. Degree in Engineering or technical discipline required.

- Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude and technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings, schematic diagrams, operating instructions and manuals.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing processes.

- Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD for technical drawings and design.
- Strong analytical reasoning, communication, and project management skills.

- Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission control systems for hydraulic and servo electric presses, ensuring proper integration of PLCs and peripherals
- Retrofits & Upgrades: Assist in modernizing hydraulic press controls, upgrading outdated PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and hydraulic servo systems for improved performance and automation.
- Field Service & Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hydraulic and servo electric press controls, minimizing downtime, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Programming & Debugging: Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic, HMI screens, motion control programs, and press automation sequences.
- Preventive Maintenance & Optimization: Conduct control system inspections and hydraulic system tuning to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service reports, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and software backups for customer and internal records.

You will complete and supervise month end closing procedures, maintain documentation for compliance to policies and procedures, as required, prepare and review account reconciliations, review accruals for reasonableness and ensures compliance with accounting principles, and assist in accounts analysis and financial planning and budget.
Key Responsibilities: • Performs month end GL entries and assists Controller with preparation of Monthly Close.
• Maintain and update prepaids and accruals schedules.
• Support and assist in financial statements preparation and variances analysis.
• Perform daily posting of accounting transactions.
• Handle daily cash duties and related reporting.
• Work within ERP(Epicor) system to enter and review financial data.
• Create and maintain accounting documentation.
• Fixed asset management • Research and resolve simple and complex accounting transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and requests.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Controller.
Must have: 4+ yrs of Accounting experience General Ledger experience (month-end closing, reconciliations, etc.) Expertise with MS Excel (Sumif, Vlookup, etc.) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar Manufacturing industry experience Nice-to-Have: ERP experience (ideally, Epicor) Interested in hearing more?
