Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experienced Systems Engineering disciplines including Experienced and Lead Levels.
Position Responsibilities:
Actively leads or supports hardware/software integration activities
Coordinate efforts between multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., software, hardware, mission assurance, etc.)
Develop System Integration Plans and Integration Procedures
Develop software load images for installation onto training devices
Integrate multiple systems/subsystems making up a complete training device
Examples of systems/subsystems include computational, networking, visual, communication and power systems
Troubleshoot issues regarding the training devices
Support formal testing events
Buildup, integration and test of training devices for final delivery at customer’s site
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel may be required; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
A final U.S. Secret or Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles. This role requires a high degree of mobility, including significant domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Live Performance Photography
- Capture concerts, festivals, showcases, rehearsals, and tours

Artist & Promotional Shoots
- Photograph artists for press kits, social media, and marketing campaigns

Technical & Creative Duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or related field
- 5+ years of photography/graphic design experience
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Creative Cloud
- Photographing product (both light box and lifestyle) and skilled in editing images for final use
- Able to work under tight deadlines in a busy, fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment
- Flexible, positive attitude, and open to refining designs based on feedback

Insight Global is looking for a an Electrical Assembler is wholly responsible for the quality of the products/goods produced. The electrical assembler will assemble subassemblies, final assemblies, complete associate paperwork including documenting serial numbers for part tracing, load firmware/software, and conduct required testing. Responsible for production of manufactured electromechanical environmental monitoring instrumentation. The main function of the role is to ensure that all manufactured/serviced items are built/serviced, calibrated and tested to ensure optimum quality for the customer. Work is to be completed to a high standard with zero defects. Examples of activities include manufacturing & servicing (to work instruction) of GA, Gxxx, Fixed Position Systems, etc. Completion of associated paperwork and IT requirements.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The minimum requirement for applicants is a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) degree and an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Food Services Management/Hospitality or Business Administration.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the high-volume foodservice industry, preferably in a concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue. Strong communications, time management, computer literacy, and proven leadership skills are required. Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
Serve Safe Certified and Management Food Handler Certificate preferred.

The Clinical Specialist - Ventilators, CC is responsible for providing and overseeing the pre-sales and post-sales product application support of Critical Care customers and Territory Managers in the region. The position provides customer training on the use and application of the product in the clinical environment and will work in a matrix sales and support environment, with an assigned Critical Care Region, to meet customer and Getinge business requirements. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Serve as a key business partner to Getinge clients in the field and develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
- Proactively understand customer needs and when complaints arise regarding products, develops creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. clinical research, pricing and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions.

Minimum Requirements

- A minimum of 3 year's applicable industry/commercial Respiratory Care clinical experience or medical sales experience, which includes direct selling experience to physicians/RTs, Intensive Care Units (ICU) and hospitals.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.

- Acts as liaison to facilities and IT regarding routine office repairs and issues, reporting, tracking, and following up on resolution.
Process Development:
- Drafts and revises process improvements and operational procedures, submitting drafts for approval to the Associate Director of Finance and Operations. Examples include (but are not limited to): overseeing the procurement and tracking of office equipment, maintaining and updating inventory systems.
- Developing and maintaining the supply ordering process and updating as needed.
- Drafting, disseminating, and updating room reservation instructions for the EMS system
Program and Event Support:
- Provides support for Center programs, including website updates, and assistance with events such as conferences, lectures, seminars, and public forums.
- Handles logistics such as scheduling rooms and media services, maintaining the Center's schedule for office and desk use.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Contributes to the overall success of the Center by accomplishing other tasks or special projects as needed.
The faculty assistant is part of the HCB administrative team whose mission is to support the Center's faculty and students in teaching, service, and scholarship. As part of this unique and growing Center, this position works in a high-volume, fast paced and dynamic environment. All formal offers will be made by HMS Human Resources.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience in an academic, executive support, research or medical environment. Higher education may count toward years of experience.
Additional Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Dropbox, Zoom, along with willingness to learn new programs and systems as needed.
- Advanced understanding and experience with administrative functions, processes, and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team while also making decisions independently.
- Experience with project management software, such as Asana, a plus.
- Must be a professional, proactive, creative, collaborative, and conscientious individual.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive material and information with discretion.
Term: This is a one-year term position from the date of hire, with the possibility of extension, contingent upon work performance and continued funding to support the position.
Standard Hours/Schedule: 35 hrs. per week | Monday - Friday | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
