Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings
- Represent clients in civil litigation, managing all phases of the case through trial and/or settlement
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Oregon
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
- Experience with electronic legal research tools
- Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients' interests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00
