A nationally respected management-side labor and employment law platform is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation attorney (7+ years) to join them as Remote Senior Attorney/Counsel supporting a dedicated Professional Employer Organization (PEO) client and its carrier in Northern California.
This non-partner-track role is designed for a senior attorney who enjoys owning day-to-day litigation, delivering consistent, high-quality service to a sophisticated client, and practicing law at a high level — without business development pressure.
The Role
You will manage a high-volume employment litigation docket from inception through resolution, serving as a primary point of contact for the PEO client, its customers, and the insurer. The practice is largely focused on administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and single-plaintiff employment litigation, with potential exposure to class actions and PAGA matters.
While the platform is remote, this role requires regular in-person advocacy. Candidates must be comfortable and available for court appearances, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, with some travel as needed in Northern California.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employment matters end-to-end, including EPLI-covered claims
- Develop case strategy and manage matters independently

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Experience in military (supply, logistics, quartermaster, operations), law enforcement (logistics, armory, tactical support), EMS (resource management or field operations), or construction (project coordination, site logistics, procurement) is preferred
- Strong technical skills for working remotely/hybrid with Microsoft Office, shared inboxes, and collaborative documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors
- Proactive problem solver who can manage complex supply chain or procurement situations with confidence
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to team projects in a hybrid schedule

This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports safe, efficient plant operations.
The technician will work on systems including bale breakers, shredders, optical sorters, conveyors, granulators, washing equipment, pressure and vacuum conveying systems, plastic extrusion lines, and wastewater treatment equipment.

Job Duties: Perform all scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to established PM procedures as assigned by the Preventive Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Manager.
Inspect, lubricate, adjust, and replace components on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Document all PM activities accurately in Maintain X, including parts used, findings, and follow?up needs.

Report unsafe conditions or equipment hazards immediately.
Documentation & Reporting Complete PM checklists, work orders, and equipment logs with accuracy and detail.
Record parts usage and notify inventory personnel when stock levels are low.
Provide feedback to improve PM procedures and equipment reliability.
Other Duties Assist with special projects, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
