Role Description

The RCM Client Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the client daily billing operations, support denial management strategy, drive accountability across billing workflow within the Revenue Cycle Management department. This role involves establishing and enforcing billing policies, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all billing-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Billing & Revenue Management
- Oversee client billing in accordance with contractual terms.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a highly respected hospice and palliative care program supporting pediatric patients and their families. This role has two primary focuses: providing NP-level hospice care to enrolled pediatric patients and supporting a specialist pediatric palliative care consultation service.
The vast majority of visits will take place in the patient’s home, with occasional visits to hospitalized pediatric patients as needed. Some visits may also be conducted via telehealth based on clinical appropriateness and patient needs.
This role is ideal for a clinician with strong skills in advanced symptom management, family-centered communication, goals-of-care discussions, hospice eligibility review, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive palliative and hospice assessments, exams, care plans, and interventions
• Conduct face-to-face hospice eligibility evaluations and reassessments
• Manage urgent and emergent medical needs for pediatric hospice patients

Position Overview:

The Bus Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of medically fragile students while traveling to and from school.

Responsibilities:
- Ride the school bus with students during morning pickup and afternoon drop-off routes
- Provide direct medical care and monitoring to students during transportation
- Respond appropriately to any medical emergencies that may arise during transport
- Follow each student’s Individualized Health Plan (IHP) and physician orders
- Communicate with school staff, transportation personnel, and caregivers as needed

Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Alabama
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile populations preferred
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations
Schedule:
- Morning and afternoon routes (school days)
- Approximate schedule aligned with school transportation times
