  • We are seeking aΒ Supplier Quality leader withΒ proven results standing up supplier quality at a facility from ground zeroβ€”creating the processes, developing the team, qualifying suppliers, and driving stable ramp to volume.Β 

  • You will lead supplier quality strategy and execution acrossΒ electricalΒ andΒ fluid handlingΒ supply chains.

  • You willΒ also manage a team ofΒ Incoming Quality Inspectors,Β establishΒ robust incoming controls and escalation pathways while partnering closely with Engineering, NPI, Operations, and Program Management.Β 

What will you do ?

New Site Build-Out (Ground Zero) Β 

  • Stand up the Supplier Quality function for a new facility: governance, SOPs, templates, and operating cadence.Β 

  • Establish and deployΒ PPAP-based supplier readinessΒ expectations aligned to customer requirements and internal standards.Β 

  • Build a scalable model for supplier onboarding, qualification, riskΒ tiering, and ongoing supplier performance management.Β 

Supplier Qualification, Audits & PPAP Execution Β 

  • Lead supplier capability assessments and qualification activities (QMS/process audits, special process validation, traceability, calibration, ESD controls as applicable).Β 

  • Own supplierΒ PPAP strategy and executionΒ including:Β

  • Process Flow, PFMEA, Control PlanΒ

  • Support quality planning and validation for:Β 

  • Servers & Racks: Β MotherboardsΒ and all critical &Β non-criticalΒ componentsΒ 

  • Electromechanical: Β PCBAs, harnesses, connectors, fans, PSUs, subassembliesΒ 

  • Liquid Cooling Products: Β cold plates, manifolds, CDUs, pumps, heat exchangers, QD couplers, hoses/tubing, sealsΒ 

  • Ensure supplier processes supportΒ leak integrity, cleanliness/contamination control, material compatibility, and thermal performance.Β 

Incoming Quality & Supplier Performance Management Β 

  • Lead Incoming Quality Control strategy: inspection plans, sampling, gage control, inspection work instructions, and disposition workflows.Β 

  • Build and manage supplier performance scorecards (PPM/DPPM, escapes, OTD, COPQ, audit performance).Β 

  • Lead containment and escalation for supplier issues (stop-ship criteria, sorting, deviations/waivers, MRB support).Β 

Corrective/Preventive Action & Continuous Improvement Β 

  • Drive structured problem solving with suppliers usingΒ 8D / A3 / 5-Why / Ishikawa.Β

What will you do?

  • Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.

  • Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.

  • Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.

  • Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.

  • Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.

  • Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.

  • Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).

  • Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.

  • Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.

We are seeking a Lead Industrial Engineer to develop and implement efficient production methods and process controls for new and existing assembly operations. This is a senior individual contributor position, requiring someone who can collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high‑constraint environment to deliver data-driven process improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement procedures for complex hardware assemblies to validate system integrity and maintain compliance with industry standards and customer quality specifications.

  • This role is operationally focused, working closely with leads within Test Engineering and Quality Engineering to drive process test optimization, improvement and execution to plan.
