We’re   hiring   Paramedics   that are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and basic, as well as advanced ,   patient care to our customers.  

Responsibilities:  

• Assess each call situation to   determine   the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.  

• Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.  

• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.  

• Act as   Paramedic   team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.  

• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.  

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with   all allied   health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.

• Participate in community programs to   maintain   AMR image and   establish   strong community relations.  

Minimum Required   Qualifications :  

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 

• State Paramedic License  

• State Driver’s License  

• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic  

• Driving record in compliance with company policy  

• Pass Physical Agility Test  

• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Visually inspects, tests, and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.

Discusses machine operation variation with customers to diagnose problem and repair machines.

Dismantles machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.

Removes and replaces worn or defective parts.

Installs new or repaired parts; clean and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, belts and other parts of machinery.

Realigns and adjusts components such as spindles and clutches.

Installs and repairs electronic components of machinery of equipment.

Start machines and equipment to test proper operation following repair.

Organize and plan with dispatcher follow-up repairs on equipment when all ordered parts have been received.

Organize with dispatcher scheduled repairs and PM’s at similar locations on the same day, as time and location permits.

Organize new service requests with dispatcher in the same working area, as time permits.

Complete timecards accurately and completely throughout the day

Responsible for record keeping and reporting of work orders, parts, supplies ordering, and a daily agenda.

Complete work orders, submit parts orders and all required paperwork through tech portal / ERP System while at each location.

Organize parts received for van stock and follow up customer repairs.

Work efficiently together with dispatcher for most productive route each day.

Treats company equipment (i.e. vehicle, tools, phone, fax, credit card, and parts) as if they were his/her own and follows PM’s guidelines on company provided vehicle.

Performs additional duties, tasks, responsibilities, as a supervisor may, from time-to time, deem necessary.

Work safely in different types of environments and always putting SAFETY FIRST.

Competencies and skills:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); good mechanical aptitude/skills.

Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who operates business within the framework of each customer’s business structure.

Good driving record.

Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Excellent time-management skills.

Language Skills:

Possesses excellent communication skills; both verbal and written with ability to communicate effectively to customers.

Reasoning Ability:

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally required to drive long hours. The associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk or hear and taste or smell.

The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Grease Tank Installers will need ability to move tanks up to 400lbs with hand truck/dolly.

Grease tank installers will need to be able to work on a ladder running overhead piping.

Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Travel up to an average of 300 miles per day

Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Income is based an hourly pay structure, with a ½ hour start of the day and end of the day reduction for commute time.

What You'll Do

• Case Resolution
  • Receive, research, analyze and resolve service-related issues and communicate findings to all parties involved.
  • Effectively and concisely communicate verbally and/or via email with traveler(s), internal personnel, and vendors.
  • Educate traveler/management/frontline agents when an error is identified and corrective action is required.
  • Able to remain calm and professional when working with service escalations considering the needs of both CWTSatoTravel and the client.
  • Able to use a data drive tracking and entry tool to log, update and document all interactions.
  • Serves as the point of contact for customers to address customer and operational issues

• Personnel Management
  • Schedules and plans work time to meet personal and department productivity goals
  • Submits complete and accurate timesheets regularly
  • Collaborates with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolutions

• Other Duties
  • May perform other duties as back up to other team personnel as assigned
  • May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Assistant Supervisor – Loadbank (Stationary) to support second-shift fabrication operations in Faribault, MN. This role is critical to leading a team of production associates to achieve production goals, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Assistant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, support workforce coordination, enforce safety compliance, and utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity, efficiency, and team development.
