Role Overview
The Licensing Operations & Product Development Manager is a cross-functional role supporting Iconix’s brand portfolio by overseeing product approvals, licensing operations, compliance processes, and day-to-day execution across licensees.
This role goes beyond traditional product development, combining product and trend oversight with licensing compliance, factory and IP processes, and administrative support to ensure brands operate efficiently, compliantly, and on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously, and able to move seamlessly between strategic product discussions and hands-on execution.
Product Development & Brand Compliance
- Review CADs, samples, packaging, and product submissions for adherence to brand guidelines, trademarks, quality standards, and legal requirements

- Ensure consistent branding and aesthetic execution across categories, licensees, and territories
- Maintain and manage physical product samples; procure additional samples for marketing, PR, seeding, and photoshoots as needed
Licensing Operations & Compliance
- Manage factory processes in partnership with licensees, including factory whitelist recordals, documentation and renewals, and hologram set-ups and compliance
- Oversee product renewals and proof-of-use submissions in coordination with Legal to support trademark maintenance
- Track and maintain compliance documentation related to IP, trademarks, and licensed products
- Support packaging approvals and ensure alignment with legal and brand requirements
Calendar, Process & Execution Management
- Maintain seasonal development calendars and production timelines across licensees
- Conduct regular development check-ins and milestone reviews to ensure timelines are met
- Ensure internal teams are providing timely feedback, approvals, and support
- Create seasonal development recap reports highlighting gaps, missed opportunities, and assortment optimization opportunities
Trend, Market & Assortment Support
- Oversee trend development initiatives, including managing third-party consultants
- Conduct competitive shopping and market research to identify white space and growth opportunities
- Support Brand Managers and the SVP with product-led insights tied to brand and retail strategy
- Translate trend insights into actionable recommendations for licensees and internal teams
DTC, Retail & Platform Support
- Support licensee DTC businesses as needed, including backend setup, legal coordination, and brand registry processes
- Assist with brand registrations and compliance across major 3P platforms (Amazon, , , etc.)
- Coordinate samples, product information, and documentation for retailer meetings, trade shows, and brand summits
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Maintain organized records of approvals, calendars, documentation, and product imagery
- Manage shared drives, Excel trackers, and databases for reporting and accessibility
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Brand, Legal, Design, Merchandising, and Licensees
- Support the SVP and Brand Managers with executional follow-ups and process management as needed
Qualifications

What You'll Do
The AVPD Global Talent Management is responsible for the talent Roll-Up process with the CEO, Succession Planning and Board Reporting. Works in partnership with the CHRO and HR SVPs to provide HRSLT meeting management and facilitation support, ensuring the meeting approach set forth by the TJX CHRO is operationalized. Major Areas of Responsibility

Position Title: Developer, RTW Soft Wovens
Client Overview:
Position Summary: The Developer, RTW Soft Wovens, reports directly to the Director of Product Development and plays a key role in supporting seasonal product execution for the Soft Wovens category. This role will require someone that has strong knowledge of soft dressing development and can work with the teams and factories to properly cost engineer the product to meet price and margin targets. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A DESIGNER OR LUXURY BRAND.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate Seasonal development requirement.
• Work with Design and Material teams to ensure the development needs of the product can be properly executed to meet the design creative and commercial needs.
• Initiate proto flows and work cross functionally with technical and or Atelier teams to initiate all proper tech packs to factories within the required timelines.
• Work along with design to ensure proper BOM implementation is executed when preparing proto and sample tech packs. Work cross functionally with material trim, technical teams to ensure all product details are properly launched not only to meet the timelines but also key pricing targets.
• Assist with sending materials for overseas development, including fabrics, trims, reference samples, and shipping packing slips
• Support quality control of all Soft Wovens development samples at proto and SMS stages and request all first production counters with vendors. Partner with Production and Technical leads on any required commercialization fit needs that will need to be requested for first counter sample.
• Request and track e-commerce and press samples postpresentation/market
• Assist in setting up new Soft Wovens styles in RLM and maintain accurate, up-to-date information throughout the season (style numbers, sketches, descriptions, BOMs)

Compensation and Benefits

This role will research trends, collaborate with internal partners, and provide design support throughout the development process - as well as assist in the creation and execution of seasonal product lines, support retail appointments and follow-ups, and provide operational support to the Design team. This role requires the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This position will involve both cut-and-sew and graphic design across Brixton apparel categories, with a strong emphasis on printable tees and fleece. Designs will support specific distribution needs, including the Value Channel and special make-ups for key accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, including typography, color, and composition, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. We are looking for a collaborative team player who is familiar with the market and current trends, and who can create designs that align with the Brixton ethos across apparel and printables assortment.

SALARY RANGE
The base pay for this position is between $65,000 - $70,000 per year. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Brixton's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.

Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Coordinatorwill report to the Head of Influencer Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Bloom’s Head of Influencer Marketing, to execute and evolve influencer initiatives, develop and refine strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
- Lead outreach and relationship-building with both Micro (gifting-based) and Macro (paid)influencers to support campaign goals.
- Spearhead the growth and day-to-day management of our influencer gifting program, ensuring strategic outreach and meaningful creator partnerships that align with brand goals.
- Own the organization and maintenance of influencer relationships, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
- Proactively identify new opportunities, trends, and strategies to drive growth and innovation in the influencer space.
- Consistently meet internal performance benchmarks and deliverables as set by leadership.
- Oversee partnerships across Bloom’s product catalog, ensuring alignment between influencer content and product messaging.
- Drive campaign success by coordinating influencer participation across product launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives.
- Lead negotiation, execution, and management of paid collaborations, ensuring deliverables are on time and align with brand goals.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer partnerships—from initial outreach and negotiation to contract execution and deliverable management.
- Build and nurture strong, genuine relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers to drive long-term brand loyalty and engagement.
- Track influencer progress and deliverables on a weekly basis to ensure timely, high-quality content.
- Support the creation of end-of-month performance reports and decks, analyzing gifting campaign effectiveness and identifying areas for optimization.
- Supervise and support influencer marketing interns, providing clear direction and ensuring seamless execution of gifting operations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the influencer marketing space
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills (for data tracking and reporting)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Previous internship or experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or marketing is a plus but not required
- Assist influencer team with scaling and growing our gifting program

Little English is a classic children’s clothing brand rooted in timeless design and thoughtful details. We partner with specialty boutiques across the country and believe our wholesale accounts are an extension of our brand family. We are seeking a Sales Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our wholesale partners. This role is equal parts relationship-builder, organizer, and brand ambassador. This is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives on follow-through, and understands the nuances of wholesale.
The Role
The Sales Manager will manage day-to-day relationships with our wholesale accounts, support new retailers through onboarding, and coordinate market appointments and selling efforts at those markets throughout the year. This person will work closely with leadership, production, and marketing to ensure an exceptional wholesale experience from first contact through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for new wholesale accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships
- Support retailers with reorders, product questions, timelines, and general account needs
- Proactively communicate best sellers, delivery updates, restock availability, and brand initiatives
- Serve as primary contact for dropship partners and manage uploads
New Account Onboarding
- Source new accounts via creative outreach to expand our customer base
- Guide new retailers through the onboarding process, from initial approval to first order
- Ensure all required documentation and forms are completed accurately
- Set accounts up for success with clear expectations and thoughtful support
Market & Appointment Coordination
- Schedule and manage market appointments (Atlanta, Dallas, NYC, and other key shows)
- Assist with pre-market outreach, follow-ups, and post-market communication
- Manage permanent showroom samples/supplies/cleaning (Atlanta and Dallas)
- Support sales efforts during markets alongside leadership
- Required travel in: January, February, June, July, August
Sales Support & Organization
- Maintain accurate account records, payment methods, and notes
- Track account activity, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Manage B2B platform with linesheets and up to date product details
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless execution across sales, production, and fulfillment
Who You Are

- A clear and professional communicator (email, phone, and in person)
- Passionate about children’s brands and retail
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or a related role
- Experience working with specialty retail accounts strongly preferred
- Travel for markets and occasional account visits is required
- Proficiency with wholesale platforms, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
- Experience in apparel, children’s, or lifestyle brands is a plus
