Job Description

We are partnering with a growing healthcare advertising services organization seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and expand key client relationships. This role is focused on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring clients are successfully leveraging the company’s solutions and seeing measurable value.


This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.


This role will be onsite 5 days a week in Scottsdale. AZ.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth through proactive engagement and strategy
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing enablement to ensure successful adoption of products and services
  • Partner with customers to identify goals, challenges, and opportunities for optimization
  • Manage inbound customer requests and guide accounts through the full customer lifecycle
  • Present value propositions, address objections, and support renewal and upsell conversations
  • Analyze customer performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, including performance insights and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM documentation across accounts, opportunities, and customer activity


Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Proven ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver value-driven solutions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or digital marketing environments is a plus
