Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd and 3rd shift ( must be available for both shifts)/ Full-time including some weekends - Silver Knoll

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports the individual goals of the person served and helps them become integrated into his/ her community in the least restrictive manner.  The DSP may assist in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, cognition, health management, social networking, vocational, leisure time management, and community participation.

Job Requirements 

• 
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
  
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license required
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
  
• Ability to pass background checks as applicable
  
• Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
  
• Possess basic computer skills
  
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AFTERNOONS AND OVERNIGHT
