The hospital requires call relief coverage for the pediatric surgery group. The facility maintains modern surgical capabilities and does not require routine clinic hours from locum clinicians. Board certified pediatric surgeons are preferred, ideally with active NY licensing already established.

The locum clinician will provide weekend call coverage for the pediatric surgery group on a 1:4 call schedule. The position involves comprehensive surgical care across inpatient, clinic, operating room, and emergency room settings. No routine clinic hours are required, with the primary focus on call coverage responsibilities for surgical consultations and procedures.
