- Applicants must reside in and be licensed to practice in California.
- Five years of post-residency experience required.

DMA Certification: Certification available with the opportunity to earn CME credits.

Training: Comprehensive training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) to ensure accurate completion and adherence to standardized procedures.
Reporting: Submit completed DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, focusing on standardized form(s) completion rather than narrative reports.
Evaluation Process: Utilize the provider portal for efficient completion of evaluations and documentation.
Record Review: Active participation in record reviews required to maintain thorough patient assessments and documentation.
