  3. Study and become completely familiar with contract documents, project drawings, specifications, schedule, and other project requirements including mechanical and electrical scopes. Be certain all members of project team are equally familiar.
  4. Solve problems on assigned projects which relate to personnel, manpower, union disputes, claims, incorrect work, schedule, etc. Keep senior management advise and seek advice from peers. Assist the project team in correcting work deficiencies.
  5. Inform the project executive or vice president in charge of any significant changes in the work. Quantifying, monitoring, and pursuing of change order or extra work order items are your direct responsibility.   • Lifting of equipment (10-25 pounds)
  • Occasional confined space work
  • Extended periods of standing
  • Exposure to outdoor elements (cold, rain, snow, heat)
  • Occasional extended travel (typically less than 2 weeks) as needed by workload
  • Develop 3D, 4D, and 5D models for site safety & logistics plans and trade coordination.
  • Support Plan + Control management and delivery, ensuring successful project team experiences with all approved 3rd party vendors.
  • Provide training and support of software and tools to project teams.
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with new and existing project teams.


Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in an accredited industry related curriculum.
  • 1-5 years of VDC related design and/or construction experience.
  • Ability to read and understand contract documents and drawings, to navigate 3d models, and to identify different building systems.
  • Competency with the following applications: Procore, Autodesk Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam at a minimum.
