Alera is the creator of Zensa Topical Anaesthetic, one of the fastest growing pharma skin care products in the tattoo, permanent makeup and medspa industries. (@zensaskin on IG). We are looking to add the right fit to our expanding team based in Los Angeles, CA. Having experienced tremendous growth over the past three years, Alera is looking for a part-time Creative Production Intern to assist in growing a sophisticated brand within the wellness space.

Role Title: Creative Production Intern

Location: In-office (West Hollywood)

Schedule: Flexible between 9-5 PM, Monday-Thursday

Commitment: 10-12 hours spread between 2-3 days per week (schedule can be arranged around school commitments)

Overview: Seeking an extremely detail-oriented, creative intern to support the production and management of a custom PR box campaign.

This role is primarily focused on hands-on creative production. The intern will be responsible for creating custom brand assets and assembling materials that will be sent to creators and partners as part of a campaign.

While the majority of time will be spent producing these custom pieces, the intern will also gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a marketing campaign — including logistics, shipping, creator coordination and performance tracking. The intern will work closely with the marketing team and gain insight into how creative production supports real-world campaign strategy and execution.

This is an ideal role for someone interested in creative production, experiential brand activations, influencer marketing and/or public relations.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on creative work and production-focused projects.

What You Will Learn:

• End-to-end creative production, from concept to final delivery

Responsibilities:

• Help manually create, assemble and prepare customized marketing packages for shipment
• Support quality control and organization of campaign materials
• Coordinate shipping and maintain tracking logs
• Maintain organized project documentation and inventory records
• Assist with campaign tracking and performance data entry
• Support creator outreach follow-ups and communication tracking

General Requirements:

• Enjoys hands-on creative projects, crafts or detailed artistic work
• Exceptionally strong attention to detail
• Very organized and methodical
• Comfortable with repetitive and precision-based tasks
• Comfortable with ChatGPT, Canva and Excel
• Strong time management and reliability
• Interested in learning how marketing campaigns operate behind the scenes
• Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
• Appreciation for tattoo culture and the artistry of tattoo professionals is a plus

Physical/Task Requirements:

• Involves detailed hands-on work with miniature materials
• Requires steady hand and comfort performing precise, repetitive fine-detail tasks for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working at a very small scale with extremely careful accuracy

Compensation: $18/hour
