Architectural Project Manager

Location:             Flatiron District, New York
Salary:                  $95,000 – $115,000 + Bonus

An established and highly respected design studio is looking for a talented Project Manager to help deliver inspiring workplace and corporate interior projects.

You’ll work alongside experienced design leaders, guiding projects from concept through construction while coordinating consultants, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and collaborative sides of interior architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate interiors, strong technical documentation skills, and experience coordinating teams through construction phases. If you enjoy working on multiple projects, solving technical challenges, and seeing great design brought to life, this role offers real variety and responsibility.

Package:

• Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 per annum

Office: Flatiron District, New York
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties:

• Produce and coordinate detailed construction documentation
• Collaborate with consultants and internal design teams
• Support project delivery across all design phases
• Review shop drawings and submittals during construction
• Conduct site visits, field surveys, and prepare reports
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements:

• B.Arch or M.Arch with 5+ years’ experience
• Background in interior architecture (corporate interiors preferred)
• Strong technical drawing and documentation skills
• Experience coordinating consultants and construction administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
