About the Role
The position of Practice Manager reports to the Director of Physician Services, Suburban Medical Group. The Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership and administrative management to practice operations.
Responsibilities
- Office-level leadership through planning, developing, and organizing the workflow.
- Directing and evaluating the activities of the practice and of each staff member.
- Managing the financial performance of the practice.
- Promoting the practice within Suburban Medical Group and the greater medical community.
- Having a working knowledge of all aspects of the clinical operations.
- Filling in when staffing needs demand, with consideration to any licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field.
- A minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
- Medical Group experience.
