Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $1,500 - $3,600 total per course. For an asynchronous Fixed Date Online course, this position is paid $150 - $170 per enrolled student and a reasonable estimate ranges from $1,200 - $3,400 total per course. Compensation may be shared among co-instructors depending upon the percentage of course content that each co-instructor teaches. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.

Percent time:
Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis.

General Duties

The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. About the Role

This senior-level role will join a small team of software engineers that build the digital infrastructure and products that power the company. We're looking for someone that has hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts in a production environment on EVM networks (Ethereum and Base), as well as experience working with a variety of token standards.   • Products that enable investors to initiate and manage their investments into Groma’s real estate funds. A primary goal of Groma is to make real estate work better for everyone. Qualifications

  • Possess a current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
  • Hold BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Commit to obtaining CRRN certification within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, unless a higher degree is mandated by state regulations.
  • Advanced Degree, plan to receive an advanced degree, or knowledge and skills associated with an advanced degree required unless otherwise specified by state regulation.
  • Five years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
  • Two years of recent (within the last 5 years) Nursing Management experience, with responsibilities including 24-hour accountability, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight, as well as conducting disciplinary action.
  • May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts.
  • May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.

The role of a Residential Boiler Installer in Queens comes with a comprehensive benefits package and an hourly pay range starting out between $30.15 - $47.22 per hour.

Position Overview:

Ensures the proper operation and performance of customers' heating/air conditioning and/or refrigerant systems in a residential environment. Identify, repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems; providing necessary information on the proper uses of the equipment; and ensuring adequate materials are available and on-hand to perform all necessary service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates with Dispatch and management team to ensure work orders are accurately received and attended to in a timely manner based upon established goals and service standards.
  2. Install heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems and related equipment and/or components (e.g. unit heaters, pumps, safety controls, valves, etc.) with the purpose of ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  3. Manage repair costs while minimizing inefficiencies.
  4. Achieve all first-time fixes, productivity, customer service and other performance goals in a consistent manner.
  5. Maintains tools, supplies and/or equipment (e.g. torches, cutters, drills, test equipment, filters, control components, fan blades, gaskets, seals, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items and equipment is in safe operating condition.
  6. Manage and maintain appropriate inventory ensuring availability of required parts and equipment on an ongoing basis.
  7. Repairs various items, systems and/or components (e.g., air conditioning systems, heating units such as: steam boilers, forced air, and hot air systems.) for the purpose of providing renovation and preventive maintenance of heating/air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  8. Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items.
  9. Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
  10. Transports various items (e.g. tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site.
  11. Must be able to work independently and have good customer communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • General knowledge of electrical wiring of Furnaces, Boilers and Air-Conditioning systems.
  • Ability to fabricate miscellaneous sheet-metal transitions is a plus
  • Ability to remove Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Furnaces, Coils, Condensers and Boilers with minimal damage.
  • Ability to perform a complete installation of Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Furnaces, and Boilers.
  • Knowledge of coils, condensers and mini-splits is a plus
  • Ability to perform part replacement installations.
  • Ability to install/repair gas piping, water piping, near boiler piping, including; sweating, brazing and pro-press.
  • Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Licensed Journeyman Plumber is a plus
