The Role:

• Lead sophisticated creditors’ side commercial bankruptcy and insolvency matters

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary up to $220k (DOE)

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of focused commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights experience
• Strong track record representing secured and unsecured creditors
• Experience in complex restructures, enforcement, and bankruptcy proceedings
• Active California Bar admission
• Comfort leading cases, mentoring, and advising clients independently
