Sales Representative

Job Description :
- Manage key national accounts and develop new accounts across mass and grocery retailers (e.g., Costco, Weee, etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributors
- Plan and execute retail promotions, product launches, and merchandising resets
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction
- Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in terms of gross profit and revenue
Qualifications and skills :
- 3-5 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in food, preferred
- Strong knowledge of mainstream retail channels and distributor/broker management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and self-driven with a proactive attitude
