Job Description :

  • Manage key national accounts and develop new accounts across mass and grocery retailers (e.g., Costco, Weee, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributors
  • Plan and execute retail promotions, product launches, and merchandising resets
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in terms of gross profit and revenue


Qualifications and skills :

  • 3-5 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in food, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream retail channels and distributor/broker management preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and self-driven with a proactive attitude
