Pharmacy Supervisor
We are seeking Pharmacy Supervisor for a large healthcare system based out of Tulsa, OK.
This is a full time permanent role with full time benefits.
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (on call; rotating shifts) + Incentives (Sign-on Bonus / Relocation)
Job Summary:
Provide leadership and directions to pharmacy staff (pharmacist, technicians, secretary, clinical pharmacy specialist) to assure operational efficiency and services goals are met. Serve as an example for job performance expectations, develop policies and procedures to support productivity and promote a positive work environment. Serve as representative of pharmacy services on multi-disciplinary committees and workgroups. Complete work schedules, monitor staff compliance with department and organizational standards for actively engaged employees.
Job Responsibilities:
-Participates in department human resource functions (e.g.-interviews, orient/train, appraisals, counsel/discipline & staff work schedules and responsibilities in compliance with hospital policies and procedures or work load needs).
-Reviews all medication variance reports and allergy interaction reports to determine appropriate follow-up action(s), responsible for implementing corrective actions and communicate to pharmacy staff and hospital personnel.-Performs staff pharmacist's drug distribution functions on weekends and as needed (order review of physician orders, IV admixture preparation and other ordered medication, checks technician work, etc.)-Proves other operational support by: participation in special projects (e.g.-P&P updates, TJC preparation, standing order revision, statistical & workload reports, investigational drug studies, etc.).

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on maintaining uptime, resolving complex hardware issues, and delivering outstanding on-site service. Prior AI experience is not required—strong data center and server fundamentals are what matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site support for Dell server and data center systems, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime
- Perform hardware maintenance including server builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware updates
- Troubleshoot system issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems, escalating when appropriate
- Support both reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers during service events to ensure clear communication and resolution
- Document work performed and contribute to shared knowledge and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and support extended coverage when needed
What You Bring
- Experience supporting servers or data center hardware in a field, enterprise, or customer-facing environment
- Hands-on skills with server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
- Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently on-site and communicating clearly with customers
- Willingness to learn and support emerging technologies, including AI platforms
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or data center roles
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Dell or other vendor certifications are a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, travel to customer sites, and support flexible/on-call schedules

This consultant will support warehouse and inventory operations within an SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on Stockroom Management and its integration with Inventory Management (IM).
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining warehouse structures (warehouse number, storage types, sections, bins)
- Configuring putaway/picking strategies, bin determination, and movement types
- Supporting Stockroom Management configuration and IM integration
- Mapping business processes such as goods receipt, goods issue, internal transfers, and physical inventory
- Leading functional workshops and preparing functional specifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong experience with SAP Stockroom Management or LE-WM
- SAP S/4HANA Inventory Management expertise
