AI Platform Architect Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and configuration of AI-driven workflows that help automate healthcare administrative and clinical processes.
• Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable workflow solutions.
• Assist in building and configuring automation workflows within a healthcare AI platform.
• Help gather and document business requirements, workflow logic, and integration needs.
• Support the development of workflows that leverage healthcare data from multiple sources including EHR systems, APIs, and other integrations.
• Assist with mapping and validating healthcare data such as patient demographics, appointments, forms, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with integration and engineering teams to support connections between healthcare systems and automation platforms.
• Participate in workflow testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Help identify and troubleshoot issues related to data flow, workflow execution, and system integrations.
• Support project teams by preparing documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with implementation timelines.
• Help train client users on new workflows and support adoption of automation solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and workflow designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• US work authorization (This position is not open to any H1B /F1/ H-4 EAD OPT/STEM degrees)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Basic understanding of healthcare technology concepts such as APIs, data integrations, or electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Internships or research project work are highly desired in a healthcare setting
