- Practice setting: GI Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) - Types of cases: All office-based procedures, 90% GI - # of cases a day: 10 cases per day - Ages: All ages - Requirements: Clean file, proof of applicable certifications - Other: Temp privileges available within 48 hours

Qualifications:

- Start date: ASAP - Schedule: 3 days per week minimum - Shifts: No call required - Additional Notes: All MD staff, no CRNA supervision
