Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Hours: up to 40 hours per week
Pay
• $55 Taxed
$82.50 OT
$1246 per week per diems
$500 travel allowance.

DT-Trak Consulting seeks a Registered Pharmacist to support the Lower Brule Indian Health Center in South Dakota. This federal healthcare facility serves Native American communities through the Indian Health Service. The pharmacist works on site and provides pharmacy services to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
• Review and verify prescriptions before dispensing
• Evaluate medication orders for accuracy and allergies
• Check drug interactions and formulary compliance
• Process prescriptions in the Electronic Health Record
• Dispense medications and apply appropriate labels
• Counsel patients on proper medication use
• Communicate with providers regarding medication adjustments
• Maintain records for controlled medications
• Support safe medication practices within the clinic
Qualifications
• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from accredited program
• Active unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state
• Minimum two years pharmacist experience within the past three years
• Basic Life Support certification preferred
• Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
• Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations

Additional Requirements
• Ability to pass federal background investigation and fingerprint check
• Must not appear on the HHS OIG exclusion list
• Candidate must complete IHS credentialing prior to start
