POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Producer to join our team and play a critical role in the growth of EVERGOODS through performance marketing. This position is responsible for producing high-performing advertising creative across paid acquisition channels including Meta, YouTube, and Google. This role will take campaign media and raw footage and transform it into compelling video and static ads designed to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.


This is a hands-on role for a highly creative and analytically minded individual who understands both creative storytelling and performance marketing metrics. The ideal candidate can rapidly produce ad creative, iterate based on performance data, and collaborate closely with the Growth team to continuously improve creative performance.


This individual will partner closely with the Head of Growth, Paid Marketing Manager, and Brand Manager to generate, test, and optimize creative concepts across paid channels.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of creative production, experimentation, and data-driven marketing.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Ad Creative Production

  • Produce video and static ad creative for paid channels including Meta, YouTube, and Google.
  • Edit campaign footage and raw media into compelling ad formats optimized for performance marketing.
  • Develop multiple creative variations from existing media to support testing and iteration.
  • Design and produce static ad graphics and visual assets for paid channels.
  • Package creative assets according to platform specifications and ad format requirements.


Performance Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Marketing Manager to align creative production with campaign testing frameworks and timelines.
  • Be fluent in and apply performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, and LTV when evaluating creative performance.
  • Support the development of creative strategies that improve conversion and customer acquisition efficiency.


Creative Concept Development, Testing & Iteration

  • Partner with the Head of Growth and Paid Marketing Manager to develop and test new creative concepts, including ad hooks, storytelling angles, and creative approaches that highlight products in engaging and compelling ways.
  • Generate creative variations to ad hooks to support rapid creative testing cycles.
  • Analyze performance data to identify winning creative themes and formats.
  • Iterate and improve ads based on campaign performance metrics and audience feedback.
  • Continuously refresh creative to combat ad fatigue and maintain strong campaign performance.


Industry Trend Monitoring

  • Stay closely attuned to emerging trends in DTC performance marketing, ad creative formats, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Monitor creative strategies used within the everyday carry, outdoor, and premium product industries to inform new ideas and testing opportunities.
  • Maintain a curiosity about evolving consumer behavior and digital media trends to ensure EVERGOODS creative remains modern, relevant, and competitive. This includes tracking and understanding emerging paid marketing channels for future use.


Product Knowledge & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop deep familiarity with EVERGOODS products including design intent, key features, materials, and functional advantages.
  • Partner with the Product team to understand design decisions and technical details that differentiate EVERGOODS products.
  • Translate product features and design philosophies into compelling creative narratives that resonate with customers.
  • Identify the most compelling product attributes and build creative assets that highlight those features across video, static, and short-form formats.
  • Work with Marketing leadership to maintain a strong understanding of the EVERGOODS community and ensure creative reflects the values, interests, and expectations of the brand’s audience.


Special Projects

  • As the business grows and changes, the role may be assigned special projects as needed.
  • On occasion and as business needs require, produce creative assets that support organic social, ecommerce, and other internal marketing initiatives outside of paid advertising campaigns.


RELEVANT SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or related degrees
  • 2–4 years of experience producing performance marketing creative or paid social advertising assets
  • Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

How You'll Contribute:



The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.



The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.



What You'll Do:





  • Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.

  • Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).

  • Develop Faith and Performance project estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), Bid Response submissions, and project agreements in partnership with the Sales Engineer and Proposal Manager

  • Create Sketchup Models that assist in communicating concepts to the client in the early steps of the sales engagement, as well as being used as the basis for other design deliverables through manufacturers such as loudspeaker systems, camera plots, and house lighting designs

  • DE may have client interaction and contribute to the P and L performance.

  • Project lifecycle is important and learning the standards our clients are comfortable with is just as important as selling new technology and solutions where they fit. The position bears the responsibility to assist in developing long lasting client partnerships alongside the Sales Engineers & work with team members to maintain the account on all levels.

  • Maintains expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars and educational forums. May author articles and/or analyze trends.

  • Attend appropriate manufacturer trainings, attend or lead lunch and learns and continue online education

We are seeking a Manager of Performance Improvement to join our team. Your role will ensure quality services are being provided to the children and families throughout Cornerstones of Care by working with program leaders of all levels by analyzing data to report progress and performance trends. As a member of the Admin PQI team, you will work with other team members and report to our Senior Director of Performance Excellence.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Assists with the development and monitoring of basic dashboards, and other performance reporting tools, and routinely updates compliance reports that monitor organization performance, outcomes, quality, safety, health, and finance for the organization.


    • Partners with program teams to use data within the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) framework, including informing and refining logic models, understanding trends and variation, and supporting continuous learning and improvement rather than compliance-only reporting.


  • Compile, analyze, and share results and trends for quarterly reports for assigned programs, committees, and initiatives to report outputs and outcomes on performance measures and assist with internal programmatic benchmarking opportunities.

    • Initiate/participate in meetings with all levels of staff to process the results of performance reports and share data trends to support reflection, decision-making and improvement planning.

Position description

The Department of Music at the University of California, Berkeley, is generating an applicant pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach a range of performance courses in the Music Department.



These courses include, but not limited to the following:



Music 141 "University Symphony Orchestra"

Music 143 "Gospel Chorus"

Music 144 "University Chorus"

Music 145 "University Chamber Chorus"

Music 149 "University Baroque Ensemble"



Music 141: UCB Symphony Orchestra rehearses twice per week and performs six times per semester.



Music 143: Focuses on the performance of choral music of the African American gospel music tradition with a particular emphasis on contemporary performance techniques. The Gospel Chorus, as is the case with other formal University music performance ensembles, will prepare music to be presented to the public in at least two concerts each semester. Students will be selected for the chorus on the basis of individual auditions.



Music 144: Performs music primarily from the 17th to the 20th centuries including works for chorus and orchestra.



Music 145: A smaller mixed chorus that aims at a professional standard of ensemble singing and explores the lesser-known choral repertory.



Music 149: The performance of Renaissance and Baroque music for voices and instruments.



In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties include office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g., syllabus), and interacting with students outside of class time via email and/or bCourses. Some courses may require supervision of discussion sections taught by graduate students.

Overview:

Mercy Center for Performance Medicine out-patient surgery offers state of the art care to patients in need of surgical care. The center consists of 10 operating rooms, 2 minor procedure rooms and 1 cysto suite, making it one of the largest surgery centers in the United States. Equipped with the latest and greatest technology.

Surgery specialties include orthopedics, urology, plastics, neuro and general surgery.

Along with the operating room, the surgery center includes its own pre/post area, PACU, 23-hour stay area, SPD and supply chain.

Job Duties- Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team. Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

  • Primary Aspects: Anticipates surgeon and operative team members needs regarding care delivery, maintaining sterile technique and comfort. Assist surgeon in a knowledgeable, efficient and courteous manner. Knows procedure and/or utilizes preference cards to assure instrument and equipment needs are available so team can stay patient focused: participates in updating preference cards. Inspects instruments and power equipment prior to use to assure operational order and troubleshoots, reports, and removes faulty instrument and equipment from service. Performs or assists in sterile preps as needed/requested by monitoring aseptic techniques of surgical team members at field, reporting and correcting breaks in sterile technique immediately, and controlling location of contaminated instruments and supplies.

Qualifications:
  • Required Education: HS Diploma or GED. Non-certified applicants may be considered for this position with acceptable surgical technology experience.
  • Required Experience: Must have at least one year of Surgical Tech experience
  • Preferred Education: Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited surgical technology program preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association

Summary

The Assistant Sports Performance Coach assists the Head Sports Performance coach, provides instruction on to members of various athletic teams to help ensure peak performance in the areas of strength and conditioning in the absence of the head coach . Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements and supervises comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for assigned sports to optimize student-athlete performance
  • Works closely with head sports performance coach and athletic trainers to ensure strength and conditioning programs align with treatment plans for injured student- athletes
  • Participates in the on-campus recruitment activities of prospective student-athletes as requested
  • Works to identify facility needs and initiate and develop plans and projects to meet those needs
  • Works closely with individual coaching staffs to understand performance goals and expectations of their student athletes
  • Assists with student-athlete nutrition education and monitoring
  • Coordinates work with coaches, other support staff, and constituents for purposes of scheduling

  • Ensures adequate maintenance and appearance of all areas under supervision. Ensures equipment is maintained at all times
