This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where:
- Creative is constantly rotating
- New products and angles are tested weekly
- Campaigns must balance evergreen scaling with rapid testing of new drops
You will be responsible for:
- Quickly launching and testing new creatives tied to product drops
- Identifying winning ads and scaling them into evergreen performers
- Continuously refreshing campaigns to avoid creative fatigue
- Running structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and offers
This is not a static ad account. It is a dynamic system that requires speed, decisiveness, and constant iteration.
Role Description
Retro Rifle is seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager (DTC) for an on-site position in Tempe, AZ. The selected candidate will plan, execute, and aggressively scale paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital advertising platforms.
Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve ROI. This role requires operating within a fast-moving drop calendar and adapting campaigns quickly to new product launches and creative cycles.
Collaboration with design, content, and analytics teams will be essential, along with staying up to date on emerging marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok
- Expertise in data analytics, campaign performance evaluation, and A/B testing
- Experience in crafting ad copy, designing calls-to-action, and optimizing user engagement strategies
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and DTC marketing strategies
- Excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience working with high creative volume and rapid testing environments, such as frequent product launches or drops
