Sales Representative (Base + Commission)

About The Role

We’re hiring motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales and learn how to close deals.

This is a base salary plus commission position with a clear path to becoming a high-earning closer in business financing.

You’ll be speaking with business owners daily, learning how to qualify deals, handle objections, and generate revenue in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with business owners and introducing funding options
• Qualifying and setting up deals for senior closers
• Following up with leads and managing your pipeline
• Learning how to handle objections and close deals over time
• Working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment

Compensation

• Base salary of $800–$1,000 per week
• Additional commission on deals you generate
• Clear path to significantly higher earnings as you move into a closing role
