PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the effective implementation of U.S. Government contract documents in construction activities to achieve quality and safety.Β
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and execute the Quality Control Program on site
- Inspect and perform testing coordination and control
- Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity
- Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives
- Manage and review the submittal register
- Check material, design, shop and as-built drawings
- May be required to manage a team of Quality Control Engineers

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Environmental Demands:

Work involves a 60-hour workweek, 6 days a week/ 10 hours per day. Flexibility with hours/days is required. Individuals must have comfort working in a high-stress environment and be able to perform the above activities in extreme hot, cold, humid, and wet conditions depending on location and season. Exposure to construction equipment and sharp tools, including power tools, and materials. Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:

- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.

Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR

Job description:
Process and deposit checks and invoices received by mail. Reviews checks/invoices for special instructions given by customers and determines the appropriate item handling. Sorts mail, processes accounts, and prepares deposit tickets to meet daily and hourly deadlines. Prepares information for input into the information reporting system. Relays the deposit information by phone to lockbox customers to ensure the individual account needs are met.
Responsible for helping drive the delivery of key business expansion programs in the Receivables Operations (Lockbox) organization. The individual will support the assigned Program Manager working together with Operations, Product Management, Real Estate, Security and technology partners to build capacity in support of expected volume increases. The core responsibilities of this position include:
Β· Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of the project through internal/external meetings
Β· Clear understanding of the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility within
Β· Ensure resource availability and allocation for coordination of meetings and document minutes and updates for project team and stakeholders
Β· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word, utilizing pitch pro+ methodology
Β· Assist with development of a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Β· Assists in manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs through support of Project Program Manager
Β· Report and escalate to management as needed
We have two shift openings for Monday-Friday, one for 9am-5:30pm and one is 12pm-8:30pm. 1st shift pays $18/hr and 2nd shift pays $19.80/hr.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
