Nurse Practitioner
- ObGyn physician employment in Arizona : Job Description: BC Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Join a board-certified Ob/Gyn physician in private practice.
This full-time midlevel position offers weekday hours with no on-call or weekend requirements.
Practice Highlights Location : Phoenix, AZ Practice : Private obstetrics/gynecology Hours : Monday ' Friday, 9:00 AM ' 5:00 PM Call/Weekend : No call or weekend hours required Role and Responsibilities Clinical assessments and diagnostic services : Comprehensive history taking, physical exams, and ordering/interpreting tests as indicated.
Preventive care and well-woman visits : Routine screenings, vaccinations updates, counseling on health maintenance and lifestyle factors.
Gynecologic care : Evaluation and management of gynecologic conditions, acute and chronic issues, contraception management.
Family planning and contraception : Counseling on methods (IUDs, implants, pills, patches, rings, sterilization options), routine pregnancy testing, and preconception planning.
Pregnancy and postpartum support : Routine prenatal and postpartum follow-up as aligned with scope and collaboration model.
In-office procedures (as trained): Colposcopies may be performed in the office if credentialed and trained for this procedure.
Compensation and Benefits Salary : $125,000 ' $130,000 per year Incentives : Productivity-based incentive Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package (details to be provided during negotiation) Requirements Experience : Minimum of 1 year post-graduate experience in Women's Healthcare Licensure : Current licensure as a WHNP-BC (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner) or as a certified Physician Assistant with applicable OB/Gyn privileges Skills : Strong clinical assessment, patient communication, and collaboration with the OB/Gyn physician; ability to perform or assist with in-office procedures as trained Ideal Candidate Patient-centered, collaborative, and knowledgeable in evidence-based practice Comfortable with a busy private practice environment Eager to contribute to preventive care, gynecologic health, and family planing For additional information, please call and email a copy of your CV.
