Position Overview:
The Affiliate & Display Manager is responsible for managing UNIQLO USA’s performance marketing across affiliate channels and programmatic display platforms. This role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition, nurturing publisher relationships, optimizing spend efficiency, and ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow UNIQLO’s affiliate marketing program across content, loyalty, influencer, and technology partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliate partners and networks (e.g., Rakuten, etc.).
- Oversee day-to-day operations of affiliate campaigns, including offer approvals, creative asset management, tracking QA, and partner communication.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to scale high-performing partners and explore new affiliate opportunities for incremental growth.
- Own programmatic display campaign setup, trafficking, and performance optimization via DSPs.
- Collaborate with paid search, social, and site teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and consistent messaging.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue contribution, click-through rates, and viewability to inform optimization decisions.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and partner-level incrementality testing to inform investment decisions.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to validate performance, set forecasts, and support monthly reporting needs.
- Ensure all campaigns follow compliance and brand guidelines, including data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs and/or programmatic display campaigns. Experience with Rakuten Linkshare, Partnerize, and/or Commission Junction is a plus
- Experience working with affiliate networks, attribution tools, and DSP platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with affiliate partner types (e.g., content, loyalty, influencer, subnetwork) and associated strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Passion for retail and e-commerce, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working in or with fast-paced, cross-functional marketing teams preferred
Salary: $119,000 - $133,000 annually*

This job provides respiratory care treatment, oxygen services, diagnostic testing and ventilation support services to both in-patients and outpatients ranging in age from neonatal to geriatric. - Sets up Respiratory and PAP therapy equipment in the Post Acute Setting
- Reviews and documents all pertinent information regarding each patient
- Educates patients and co-workers on procedures and treatment plans
- Participates in process improvement initiatives and resolves patient issues
- Communicates with physicians and serves as a resource on Respiratory Therapy in the Post Acute Setting
- Monitors patient compliance to therapy and makes recommendations when needed
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style

What you'll do:
We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers – and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:
- Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.
- Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
- Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
- Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.
What you'll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- This role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English in order to understand and follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g., Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.
Physical job requirements:
- Walk up to 2 miles per shift.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Description
The City of Renton has an exciting opportunity for a Parks & Recreation Program Coordinator within the Parks & Recreation Department. This position plays a key role in supporting community events and programs for the City of Renton. In this position, you will manage the city's temporary event permit process, collaborate with event organizers, city departments, and community partners to ensure safe and successful events. You will also oversee grants and sponsorships that help bring Parks & Recreation initiatives to life. If you have a minimum of 3 years of programming experience in recreation, health and wellness, or cultural arts and an Associate's degree in Recreation (or 5 years of relevant education and experience) this may be the position for you. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in Recreation or closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related recreation experience.
- Or minimum of 5 years relevant education and experience.
- Valid Drivers' License.
- Successful passing of a required driving record check.
- Successful passing of a required background check.

Telework Program: The City of Renton supports workers performing in a hybrid capacity (partial telework/in-office) where job responsibilities can be performed remotely. This position may be eligible for a telework arrangement, working certain days/times remotely, based on the operational needs of the City and specific Department. Regardless of job title or telework arrangement, City of Renton employees must reside in Washington State and within a reasonable distance to their worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage, evaluate, and improve the Temporary Event Permit process to align with community demographics, the city's business plan, and staff recommendations.
- Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Parks and Recreation and city policy.
- Ensure timely issuance, denial, or conditional approval of permits.
- Maintain organized records of applications, permits, and event outcomes.
- Provide technical assistance and support to event organizers throughout the permitting process.
- Assist with review and feedback on site plans, logistics, safety, and accessibility.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and incident reviews as needed.
- Coordinate and serve as a liaison with internal city departments, external organizations, and multi-department representatives for special events and projects.
- Identify, apply for, and manage local, state, and federal grant opportunities in support of Parks and Recreation programs, capital improvement projects, and community events for youth, adults, and seniors.
- Track grant reporting requirements and ensure compliance with funding terms.
- Develop, manage, and recruit sponsorship opportunities to support Parks and Recreation programs and events, including Renton River Days.
- Evaluate and recommend updates to sponsorship policies and procedures.
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, foundations, and partners to secure financial and in-kind support.
- Maintain records of sponsorship agreements and recognition plans.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly materials, forms, and online resources to support the permit process and promote sponsorship opportunities.
- Track data and generate reports on event activity, sponsorship income, and grant performance.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to increase program efficiency and accessibility.
- Contribute to an environment of teamwork and respect.
- Foster a culture of equity and inclusion by recognizing the diverse needs and perspectives of groups and individuals.
- Remain current with relevant technological advancements as it relates to field. Assist in training and/or coordination of training on new technological systems.
- Participate in and help provide cross-training in processes as directed by management to ensure a well-rounded team for coverage purposes. Implement new systems as needed.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
