Junior Sales Representative (Contract-to-Hire) Location North Richland Hills, TX 76180 | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $42,000 – $52,000 annually (excluding bonus/commission and other benefits/reimbursements) + scaled commission structure • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Contract-to-Hire | W2 • Start date: ASAP Role Impact This entry-level sales role is designed to build the next generation of high-performing Sales Representatives.
You will learn the industry, products, and customer lifecycle while developing core sales skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Success in this role means building strong customer relationships, meeting performance targets, and progressing into a Senior Sales Representative position.
You will work in a small, high-visibility office where contributions are recognized and career growth is clearly defined.
