Vice President of Engineering
Overview:
Seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing MEP team supporting mission-critical, data centers, and large-scale infrastructure projects. This role will drive technical excellence, team development, and project delivery across complex engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set technical direction and lead multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams
- Ensure high-quality, code-compliant, and constructible designs
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders, fostering accountability and performance
- Partner with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Drive innovation across design processes, tools, and sustainable practices
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of MEP engineering experience, including 8+ years in leadership
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong expertise in complex systems, design standards, and tools such as Revit
- Proven track record of building teams and delivering large-scale projects
