Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Our client is seeking a motivated Superintendent (4–6 years experience) to join our construction team in Philadelphia. This is a strong opportunity for a rising field leader who has experience on construction projects — ideally multifamily — and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day site operations.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting and leading field operations on large-scale multifamily projects throughout Philadelphia. This role offers direct exposure to complex urban construction, tight schedules, and high-visibility developments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards
- Enforce site safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Coordinate inspections and ensure work complies with plans and specifications
- Work closely with Project Managers to drive milestones and project delivery
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of construction experience
- Multifamily project experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination
- Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain accountability on site
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
