Exciting Opportunity for a Self-Perform Wastewater Treatment Superintendent!

We’re growing and have an outstanding opportunity for a Self-Perform Wastewater Treatment Superintendent to join our innovative construction team. This role focuses on managing and overseeing all aspects of wastewater treatment construction activities, with a significant emphasis on self-performing key construction tasks to ensure superior project execution.

About The Role

As a Self-Perform Wastewater Treatment Superintendent, you’ll be essential in planning, developing, coordinating, and managing on-site wastewater treatment construction activities for extensive projects. Your efforts will ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. A crucial part of your role will be to leverage our self-perform capabilities to enhance project control and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise craft professionals, including determining logistics plans, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedules, and documenting actual hours worked.
• Maintain and distribute contract documents, addenda, field orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
• Oversee all project safety in conjunction with the Safety Department and perform documented safety inspections no less than weekly.
• Complete daily reports describing activities completed, critical conversations and issues, weather conditions, etc.
• Proactively manage and hold all subcontractors accountable to all agreements.
• Review and control shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract specifications.
• Lead project quality control processes, including managing deviation reports, pre-pour inspections, and testing protocols.
• May need to work in a dual role as a craft foreman or work with tools when requested depending on company workload, project size, and other job requirements.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of relative job experience in the construction industry, with a preference for industrial treatment work.
• 2-year construction degree or equivalent combinations of related technical training/experience.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, train, and mentor others.
• Understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
• Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction industry practices, standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in database management (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and industry-specific software (e.g., Bluebeam).
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• BS degree in engineering or construction management is preferred but not required.

Join Us as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!

Capstone Vital Care operates a growing, multi-site infusion pharmacy network focused on expanding access to high-quality infusion therapy and improving patient outcomes. We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic CFO who can bring structure, accountability, and financial clarity to a rapidly growing, highly regulated organization. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financials, strong cash management, transaction readiness, and trusted partnership with our Owner/CEO as we continue to scale.

You’ll oversee financial operations from intake through collections, strengthen systems and processes, and ensure the organization has the financial discipline, visibility, and structure needed to support informed strategic decisions—all while supporting a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on improving patient outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

As the CFO, you will:

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including audits, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements across corporate and franchised entities.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, including close oversight of collections handled by the franchisor.
• Oversee revenue cycle financial performance from intake through billing and collections.
• Strengthen internal controls, intercompany accounting, and financial monitoring processes.
• Partner closely with the Owner/CEO to provide strategic financial insight and decision support.
• Build, lead, and evolve a distributed finance and revenue team.
• Support strategic transactions, including M&A due diligence, quality of earnings (QOE), and deal-related financial analysis.
• Manage banking relationships and financing activities, serving as the primary financial liaison with external banking partners.
• Drive technology adoption and process improvements across financial systems and reporting tools.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Significant senior-level financial leadership experience, ideally within a heavily regulated industry (healthcare, pharmacy, or similar).
• Proven hands-on experience with cash management, financial close, and bank relationships.
• Direct experience supporting or leading M&A activity, including due diligence and transaction readiness.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle financials and collections oversight.
• High level of comfort with financial systems and technology (Sage Intacct, , Microsoft Suite).
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and willing to operate both strategically and in the weeds.
• A servant-leader mindset focused on making work easier and setting teams up for success.
