About the Horizon Program

• The Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine. This includes the Horizon Clinic - one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case managers, and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense. We offer case management services for people with HIV or AIDS.

• Board certified/board eligible in neurosurgery
• Interested in the subspecialty of rehabilitative neurosurgery (including surgical treatment of post-traumatic tethered and cystic spinal cords, spinal cord injury neuropathic pain, spinal spasticity, Charcot spine instability

The AdventHealth Urology Residency Program seeks an academically driven Core Faculty Member to join its ACGME-accredited program in Orlando, FL. The faculty member will support resident education, clinical excellence, and scholarly activity while advancing AdventHealth’s mission: “To Extend the Healing Ministry of Christ.”

• Teach, mentor, and supervise residents across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to maintain ACGME compliance and program quality.
• Lead or participate in didactics, case conferences, journal clubs, and simulation training (Nicholson Center).
• Serve on key residency committees (CCC, PEC, Curriculum, Recruitment).
• Maintain an active clinical practice in urology and model high-quality patient care.

• Support program operations, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.

Qualifications
Required:

• MD/DO, Florida medical license (or eligibility).

• Fellowship training in a urologic subspecialty.

The University of Chicago’s Department of Medicine, Section of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, is searching for a full-time faculty member to serve as the Director, Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program at any rank. The Director will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities within our established CF program, overseeing the continued clinical and research growth of the program. Clinical responsibilities will include outpatient clinic for CF at the Hyde Park campus and inpatient care in the MICU, procedure, and/or pulmonary consult services. The Director will also be responsible for mentoring junior faculty in clinical care and research in CFF and will work closely with our colleagues in bronchiectasis, lung transplantation, pediatrics, infectious disease, and other clinical departments at the University of Chicago. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Academic rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications. The ACHD Program Physician Director will provide clinical, administrative and strategic leadership for Akron Children's ACDH program by ensuring high – quality, guideline -directed care for adults with congenital heart disease, facilitates seamless transition from pediatric to adult services, and strengthens collaborative care pathways with adult cardiology, cardiac surgery, obstetrics, anesthesia, and other specialties.
