We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join a high-impact learning team focused on building modern, business-driven learning solutions. This individual contributor role will design and deliver engaging, multimedia training programs that accelerate learner adoption and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role sits within a critical skills and capabilities function and will focus on emerging topics in financial markets and Generative AI. It is well suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning, technology, and innovation.

• Design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions aligned to business priorities and emerging capabilities, including Generative AI
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze training needs and translate them into scalable learning strategies and execution plans
• Develop multimedia learning experiences, including e-learning, instructor-led training (virtual and in-person), animated content, job aids, and interactive playbooks
• Execute large, high-visibility training initiatives with a focus on quality, speed, and business impact
• Collaborate with external vendors to adapt and integrate learning content for internal audiences
• Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences
• Create visual and interactive content that simplifies complex concepts
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, measurement, and iteration
• Contribute to curriculum design strategy and ensure alignment with evolving business needs

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, Communications, or a related field
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions in fast-paced environments
• Exposure to or experience developing content related to Generative AI or emerging technologies
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate 360 (including Storyline), Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance content development (e.g., Synthesia or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Docebo or similar platforms
• Ability to create interactive and visually engaging learning experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Demonstrated initiative and focus on continuous improvement

• Hybrid, distributed team environment across multiple time zones
• Work performed on both Mac and PC systems
• Fast-paced and collaborative environment
