Schedule - We are looking for someone who can work a rotating schedule. The rotating schedule starts as early as 6:45am and goes as late as 6:00pm. These are 8 hours shifts that change weekly. This position will also have to work one Saturday every 3-4 weeks from 7:30am-12:00pm. This is an in-office job, remote work is not an option.

The Customer Support Associate is primarily responsible for providing service on wide range of banking services via telephone and/or internet. Assists in development of customer relationships, including account service and sales.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will:


  • Answer incoming calls via the Call Center. Provides guidance directly to customer or determines most appropriate bank contact which to forward the inquiry.
  • Provide excellent service to customers and co-workers by phone including actively promoting and selling additional bank products and services.
  • Assist customers with online and mobile banking, debit and credit cards, account inquiries and transfers and various other financial service aspects.
  • Assist internal customers with various network and software password resets and functionality.

The Deposit Processing Specialist is responsible for processing and verifying items for commercial, agriculture and consumer accounts accurately and timely in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment. This position includes data entry and research as well as creative problem solving with a willingness to cross train and learn additional roles within the department.

As a Deposit Processing Specialist, you will:


  • Obtain your NCP (National Check Professional) credentials and continue your education to stay up to date on the regulations.

The Facilities Technician is primarily responsible for managing the coordination, scheduling, and completion of both short and long-range facility projects as well as the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facility, including building systems, equipment, and grounds. It is also responsible for ensuring maintenance, repair, testing, inspection, certification, and service for all building systems, including documentation evidencing said work. This position is accountable for the overall efficient operation of all bank locations.

As a Facilities Technician, you will:


  • Schedule preventative maintenance, routine inspections and replacement of bank equipment and performing minor maintenance on a daily schedule for all locations (e.g., changing light bulbs, setting up tables/chairs for presentations and other company events, paint touch-ups, etc.).
  • Assist with repair and maintenance on large projects as requested or required.
  • Diagnose and repair minor issues with mechanical systems, lighting, doors, fixtures, and general building maintenance.
  • Perform minor landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot upkeep as needed.
  • Ensure that all physical locations are always presentable; all equipment is working properly; all furniture is presentable; all cubicles are set up appropriate for new hires or for employee moves. Aiding in the transfer of materials for employee moves and assisting in office clean-up for employee terminations when applicable.
  • Manage furniture inventory to include new purchases and maintenance and/or repair of existing furniture and cubicles.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services for branch equipment and building related items.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and communicate with request owners on the status of requests and progress.
  • Work with management in developing project estimates and monitoring expense on projects as required.
  • Participate in the creation of emergency action and preparedness plans as well as OSHA policies and procedures.
  • Hang signage, postings, white boards, art, etc. for all locations.
  • Monitor vendor contracts and building contracts (e.g., lease agreements to determine work responsibility) and vendor performance to ensure contracted services are being carried out to bank's satisfaction. Perform any activity, whether subject to contract, that is required for the efficient operation or presentation of each location. Document and advise supervisor of deficiencies with vendor performance as necessary.
  • Handle of building-equipment emergencies on an ongoing basis and serves as the liaison between bank employees and outside contractors called to fix problems.
  • Work with the IT department with telecommunications system and computer equipment as directed.

The IT Field Engineer is responsible for delivering on-site technical support, installing and maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the reliability and performance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across multiple business locations. This role requires hands-on expertise with systems such as Windows OS, enterprise networking, and cloud-based tools. As an IT Field Engineer, you will:


  • Deploy servers, network switches, desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
  • Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Support network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Assist with IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Document service activities, system configurations, and technical resolutions.

  • Experience with hardware installation, system imaging, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in supporting financial advisors by delivering exceptional client service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency. CSA's also support financial advisors and team by preparing reports, scheduling client meetings, opening and processing new accounts, handling client service requests, fielding client phone calls and questions, and completing other projects and duties as assigned. As a Client Service Associate (CSA), you will:

Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account inquiries, service requests, account maintenance and administrative needs.

  • Maintain information in the CRM system including entering meeting notes and performing account maintenance tasks.


Operational Support:

Advisor Support:

The Data Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Data Architects and Data Solutions Engineers while actively contributing to hands-on technical projects. Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 7+ years in data engineering or related data roles required.
  • 3+ years in leadership or management positions required.
  • Strong technical expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and SQL or like systems.
  • Familiarity with Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, Power BI and Salesforce is preferred.

The Advisory Client Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the advisory client service and support team and is responsible for executing all tasks associated with the Client Service Associate role.
