Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position based in Philadelphia, PA, with some court appearances as needed. As an Associate Attorney, your daily responsibilities will include managing cases, document review and execution, representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting negotiations, and performing thorough legal research. You will work on various cases, including those involving mortgage law and other related areas, while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in default services and secured creditor's rights law
- Strong Legal Advice and client consultation skills
- Expertise in Research to analyze legal issues and find effective solutions
- Strong Negotiation skills to resolve disputes effectively
- Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is required; or at least willingness and eligible to obtain admission to both states
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while adhering to deadlines
