We are a full-service repair facility focused on quality and long-term customer relationships with strong service advisors who sell properly.

Compensation:

* $35-$45 per flat rate hour- Top performers earn $70k-$120k.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. As an Automotive Technician, you will:

* Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles
* Perform routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs
* Troubleshoot complex drivability issues
* Deliver high-quality work that keeps customers safely on the road

You'll work alongside a supportive, experienced team that values precision, integrity, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

* 8+ years of auto repair experience
* Strong diagnostic ability — you don't guess, you test
* Great attitude and solid work ethic
* Ability to work independently, efficiently, and collaboratively
* Pride in your workmanship

Preferred (but not required):

* ASE Certifications
* Master ASE Certifications
