Project Manager - Construction

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a mid-sized general contractor in Fort Worth, TX, that is actively expanding into municipal and K-12 projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a company at a meaningful stage of growth where your experience isn’t just valued, it’s needed. You’ll play a key role in helping shape this next phase, working on projects that directly impact local communities while being part of a team that’s building something long-term in this space.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from precon through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including site progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Project Manager with solid experience in a reputable GC
• Experience with municipal or K-12 projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple phases of a project independently.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Comfortable working with project documentation, contracts, and coordination across teams.
• Organized, dependable, and confident in decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
