Then Energy Efficiency Field Technician will be based in or near Houston, TX to support implementation of utility energy efficiency programs. This role conducts field assessments, verifies contractor work using specialized tools and procedures, and ensures timely, accurate upload of inspection data, photos, and documentation into program databases. The position requires regional travel, efficient route planning, with occasional overnight travel within Texas and neighboring states. Responsibilities may expand with training and demonstrated proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing Frontier Energy and its utility clients positively and professionally to all program participants, including homeowners, tenants, property owners, contractors, and public service agencies.
- Interacting with homeowners, tenants, and others to arrange and conduct field visits.

Trajectory Energy Partners (Trajectory) is seeking a Senior External Affairs Analyst to support our Community-Driven Community Solar (CDCS) project portfolio. This will be a full-time position, reporting to the Director of External Affairs and will be responsible for writing project applications, conducting local community engagement activities throughout Illinois, and managing project compliance as required by the Illinois Power Agency’s Illinois Shines Program.

Role Description

What You Will Do:
- Participating in the delivery of projects within the MRM Systems projects portfolio to ensure scope, business requirements, testing and quality of the solution delivers the intended business outcomes
- Partner/Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Document, provide input to solutions/project estimates for business specific solutions.
- As required, support activities including being engaged in cross functional program teams, internal and external technical partners, vendors, and consultants.
- Provide front-line application support to the Enterprise Commodity, Risk and Settlement clients in their day-to-day usage of Enbridge systems.
- Support the ongoing analysis to modernize and simplify the MRM applications and technology portfolio.
- Main communication with business clients as required regarding MRM systems availability, functionality, and processes.
- Liaison with various IT service providers (e.g., AMS, Database Administrators, Storage, Networking, etc.) to assist in implementing programmed solutions.
- Provide analysis, support, and coordination to meet the needs of users across the enterprise to maximize the effectiveness of MRM Systems.
- Proactively identify potential areas of improvement or opportunities and recommend to management.
- Utilizes technical knowledge and demonstrates application capabilities to support the suite of ETRM systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in IT processes, business management, and/or project management.
- This role will be supporting the Commodity Marketing, Risk Management and Settlement functions. Any practical experience in theories, principles, and operational practices in the areas of IT, Commodity Marketing and/or Risk Management is preferred.
- Previous years' experience in a Business Analyst capacity. Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend business requirements and has provided comprehensive recommendations that coordinated and influenced the direct and/or outcome of the project team and its clients.
- Aptitude and communications skills are related to leading and acting independently.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, facilitate and lead change.
- Working knowledge of Openlink Endur/Findur would be preferred, but any application support experience in Allegro, Eka, Right Angle would be an asset.
