This role is designed for someone who understands the pace, urgency, and complexity of Skilled Trades staffing and thrives in a highly interactive, service-driven environment.
This is not a back-office position.
The Recruiting Manager serves as a hands-on producer and workflow leader, working closely with field recruiters, sales leaders, and account teams to ensure Skilled Trades requisitions are executed with speed, quality, and consistency.
You will act as the primary delivery partner to field markets for Skilled Trades rolesβbalancing direct recruiting production with coordination, prioritization, and execution oversight.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Delivery and plays a critical role in supporting field teams and maintaining confidence in the centralized Skilled Trades delivery model.
What Youβll Do Own Skilled Trades Delivery Execution Coordinate intake, assignment, and prioritization of Skilled Trades requisitions within centralized delivery.
Monitor workflow progress and intervene quickly to keep Skilled Trades orders moving.
Maintain high standards for speed, accuracy, and candidate quality.
Be a High-Touch Partner to the Field Work daily with field recruiters, BDMs, and account managers supporting Skilled Trades clients.
Communicate clearly around priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
Provide strong internal customer service and act as a trusted extension of the field team.
Enable and Support Recruiters Reinforce standardized Skilled Trades recruiting workflows, ATS documentation, and activity expectations.
Support recruiter training and coaching around Skilled Trades delivery best practices.
Help field teams leverage centralized delivery effectively and consistently.
Drive Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve Skilled Trades recruiting efficiency and throughput.
Support adoption of new tools, sourcing methods, or workflow enhancements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on speed, scale, and quality.
Travel occasionally for training, alignment, or operational integration as needed.
Produce Skilled Trades Talent Actively source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates for Skilled Trades positions.
Support a range of Skilled Trades roles across manufacturing, industrial, and field-based environments.
Model strong recruiting fundamentals and production expectations.
What Weβre Looking For 5+ years of staffing experience, with a strong preference for Skilled Trades recruiting.
Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced agency recruiting environments.
Experience working closely with field recruiters, sales, and leadership teams.
Strong understanding of Skilled Trades recruiting workflows, ATS usage, and delivery metrics.
Service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience coaching or supporting recruiters is a plus.
Clear communicator who builds trust quickly with internal partners.
