Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations within a fast-paced, field-supported environment. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring effective communication between employees, leadership, and operational teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including scheduling, documentation, and pre-employment requirements
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to support an efficient hiring process
- Maintain employee records and process updates, including status changes and terminations
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries (policies, benefits, procedures)
- Support payroll through data validation and timekeeping audits
- Assist with employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
- Contribute to employee engagement, internal communications, and HR initiatives
- Administer benefits and track employee leave in compliance with company policies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, support audits, and maintain accurate HR documentation
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience with knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and operational environments (industrial, manufacturing, or similar preferred)
