Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations within a fast-paced, field-supported environment. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring effective communication between employees, leadership, and operational teams.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling confidential information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including scheduling, documentation, and pre-employment requirements
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to support an efficient hiring process
  • Maintain employee records and process updates, including status changes and terminations
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries (policies, benefits, procedures)
  • Support payroll through data validation and timekeeping audits
  • Assist with employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
  • Contribute to employee engagement, internal communications, and HR initiatives
  • Administer benefits and track employee leave in compliance with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, support audits, and maintain accurate HR documentation


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2+ years of HR experience with knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping systems
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, and HR compliance
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and operational environments (industrial, manufacturing, or similar preferred)
