Job Description
At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. We’re committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that’s welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth. Find your future with us.
BCA In-Service Safety Organization is looking for a Mid-Level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Airworthiness & Regulatory Specialist to join our team in Everett, Washington.
Are you passionate about safety and compliance? Would you like to contribute to the world’s safest transportation system?
As an investigator in the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Safety and Compliance Investigations (S&CI) team, you will have the opportunity to work independently while leading teams tasked with performing detailed Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations related to regulatory compliance issues. This activity enables program and functional leadership to understand the systemic root causes of compliance issues and implement effective corrective actions that contain the issue and prevent recurrence. This position offers exposure to all aspects of airplane certification across the airplane lifecycle. The importance of this function can’t be over-stated as you will contribute to Boeing product safety by maintaining and restoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Investigations typically follow the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) process, which provides a structured approach to investigations. Engagement with company leadership, certification experts, and functional experts from across the company make this position highly invigorating. We have a close-knit group with dedicated mentors and RCCA experts available for consultation.
We value the ability to communicate complex technical issues with a large variety of audiences, to lead a group of diverse engineers and non-engineers, and to apply airplane level thinking to a variety of technical issues. As such, we are a valued resource to the broader Chief Aviation Safety Office (CASO), the programs we support, as well as executive leadership.
As a strong component to product safety and compliance, we recognize that a variety of different
thoughts, contributions, backgrounds and opinions are necessary in order to make the safest product we can.
We enjoy a good work-life balance, although occasional overtime may be required for urgent items.
Come join the BCA S&CI team to help ensure our products remain the safest form of travel available into the future!

- We coordinate closely with Boeing functional groups, management and executives, and suppliers to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the investigation’s status and resolution.
- We work with the functional groups within Boeing to investigate the regulatory compliance issue by identifying the problem statement, developing a comprehensive root cause investigation that leads to systemic root causes, developing containment actions, actions to prevent recurrence, and actions to verify non-recurrence.
- We coordinate closely with the Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA) to ensure the investigation write-up meets regulatory expectations.
- We partner with enterprise groups to continuously improve our processes and tools to ensure we are ready for the future of BCA and to ensure these processes are consistent with the greater Boeing Enterprise.

Fifty percent of the workforce shows up to work in pain due to an MSK condition ranging from acute pain, like muscle strains, to more chronic pain. People with MSK conditions are often misdiagnosed and are treated passively with opioids, injections or surgery. Our platform gets people the right amount of help, ensures the patient feels cared for, and avoids inappropriate and unnecessary tests, drugs and surgeries. Further, we are aiming to not only identify and treat the root causes of MSK pain but also the root causes of chronic disease.
The Director of Operations plays a vital role in our mission to empower individuals to reach their goals through compassionate care, accurate diagnostics and precision treatment.
We’ve moved through stage 1 of our journey with best in class gross margins, customer retention and revenue growth and we’re looking for a motivated individual to help us scale the company to tens of millions in revenue and serving hundreds of thousands of patients in an efficient and tech forward way while maintaining strong margins and KPIs.

Lead Mechanic / Service Manager
Company: Western Shotcrete Equipment
Location: West Haven, UT and Ogden, UT
Type: Full-time, hourly (OT eligible)
Who We Are
At Western Shotcrete Equipment, we build rugged, high-performance concrete pumping equipment for contractors who rely on uptime, consistency, and exceptional service. Our products are engineered by the field, refined by craftsmanship, and backed by a team that takes pride in doing things the right way every time.
The Position
A working-leader role for someone who can diagnose, repair, and keep equipment running—and also run the service function day-to-day (triage, scheduling, parts coordination, documentation, customer updates). This role also requires versatility: when service load is light (or the shop is in crunch mode), you’ll jump in to support assembly, fabrication, and general manufacturing work as needed.
What you’ll do
- Lead service operations: intake/triage, prioritize work, assign tasks, keep turnaround times tight.
- Hands-on wrenching: diagnose and repair diesel, hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical issues.
- Phone + field troubleshooting: confidently diagnose problems over the phone and in person, ask the right questions, guide customers/techs through checks, and get to root cause quickly.
- Hydraulic diagnostics: pressure/flow issues, valve function, cylinder/pump performance, leak/root cause.
- Versatile shop support: contribute in assembly, fabrication, and other manufacturing functions (fit-up, routing, bracket mods, tool work, punch lists, etc.) as needed.
- Preventive maintenance + inspections: build checklists, enforce standards, reduce repeat failures.
- Parts + work orders: coordinate parts, capture labor/notes, document repairs cleanly.
- Customer communication: clear updates, accurate expectations, professional follow-through.
- Safety + shop discipline: PPE, safe lifting/rigging, lockout/tagout, clean and organized work areas.
Must-haves
- Diesel mechanic experience (diagnostics + repair) — you can troubleshoot, not just replace parts.
- Hydraulic systems understanding — hoses/fittings, valves, pumps, cylinders, pressure/flow logic.
- Strong problem solver — can diagnose issues fast, including remote troubleshooting by phone.
- Versatile skillset + mindset — willing and able to contribute across service, assembly, fabrication, and general production support.
- Steady leadership: sets priorities, holds standards, keeps things moving without drama.
- Reliable, professional, and process-minded (notes, checklists, clean handoffs).
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile hydraulic equipment, pumps, shotcrete/concrete equipment, or construction equipment.
- Experience with Cummins engines or similar platforms.
- Comfort reading hydraulic/electrical schematics and writing clear service notes.
- Prior service manager / foreman experience (formal or informal).
Pay & schedule
- Competitive hourly pay (DOE), OT eligible
- Benefits/PTO per company plan
