Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a highly curated, design-forward culinary marketplace serving a sophisticated, executive-level clientele within a premier private campus environment. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of elevated food hall dynamics and refined hospitality, where service, experience, and discretion are paramount.
The General Manager will be responsible for full operational oversight, driving both guest experience and financial performance, while fostering a culture rooted in precision, professionalism, and elevated service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all day-to-day operations across multiple culinary concepts, service styles, and dining environments
- Ensure seamless execution of service across high-volume periods and bespoke, high-touch experiences
- Maintain exceptional standards in cleanliness, organization, and overall facility presentation
Guest Experience & Service Culture
- Champion a refined, hospitality-first service culture tailored to a discerning, executive-level clientele
- Lead from the floor, actively engaging with guests and ensuring consistent service excellence
- Implement and uphold service standards that balance efficiency with elevated, personalized experiences
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team across front-of-house operations
- Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and succession planning
Financial & Business Performance
- Own full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, labor management, and cost controls
- Drive profitability through strategic scheduling, menu awareness, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with culinary and finance teams to optimize performance across all concepts
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with on-site stakeholders, tenants, and VIP guests
- Ensure the operation consistently reflects the expectations of a high-profile, private environment
- Act as the primary operational liaison for ownership and senior leadership
Programming & Experience Innovation
- Collaborate on programming, activations, and offerings that enhance the overall guest experience
- Identify opportunities to elevate the environment through thoughtful service touches and curated experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience within upscale or luxury hospitality environments
- Experience overseeing multi-outlet operations, lifestyle dining, or elevated food hall concepts preferred
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and managing costs
- Demonstrated ability to lead in high-expectation, high-touch guest environments
- Exceptional leadership presence with a hands-on, floor-driven management style
- Experience working with discerning or executive-level clientele strongly preferred
