Salary: $150,000

Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, declarations, and extensions.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, including provision calculations and reserve requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of tax processes, leveraging automation and technology where possible.
Advise senior management on tax implications for key company initiatives, including incentives, grants, and business strategies.
Ensure organizational compliance with evolving tax codes and maintain oversight of all tax-related costs.
Prepare effective tax rate modeling to support long-range planning and cash flow forecasting.
Supervise and collaborate with external tax advisors on various projects.
Monitor the company’s global business developments, investments, and operations, recommending tax planning strategies to optimize shareholder value.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax expense, reduce audit risk, and maintain a competitive effective tax rate.
Support international expansion initiatives, serving as the internal tax subject-matter expert.
Manage GAAP-tax reconciliations under ASC 740, including balance sheet account reviews and tax basis reconciliations.
Oversee the company’s transfer pricing planning and compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax; CPA or Master’s degree in Accounting/Tax preferred.
Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance, procedures, and U.S.
federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
6+ years of experience, ideally in a Big Four public accounting firm and/or a multinational public company global tax department.
