Bilingual HR Generalist | Houston | $80Kβ$90K
A rapidly growing construction and manufacturing company in Houston is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships with employees, and supporting a wide range of HR functions.
This is a true HR Generalist role where youβll wear multiple hats and work closely with employees and leadership to create a positive, supportive workplace.
Location: Southwest Houston, TX - In-office Position
Salary: $80,000β$90,000
Travel: About once per month to additional Texas offices
What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers
β’ Lead onboarding and ensure a great new hire experience
β’ Process bi-weekly payroll and assist with benefits administration
β’ Support employee relations and day-to-day HR needs
β’ Help manage employee training, including a newly launched LMS system
β’ Support engagement and recognition initiatives
β’ Assist HR leadership with projects and process improvements
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Bilingual in English & Spanish REQUIRED
β’ 3β5 years of HR experience of true Generalist experience
β’ Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee relations
β’ Approachable personality with strong people skills
β’ Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

HSE Administrator β Denton, TX
Location: Denton, TX
Schedule: ~7:30/8:00 AM β 4:30 PM
Compensation: Hourly Position - $25β$31/hr (~$52Kβ$65K annually)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven HSE Administrator to join a dynamic HSE team in Denton, TX. This is an on-site role supporting operational and administrative safety initiatives, insurance claims management, regulatory compliance, and training across nationwide service centers.
What Youβll Do:
- Provide direct support to the HSE Director and field-based HSE Specialists
- Track safety inspections, corrective actions, and compliance metrics
- Manage and coordinate insurance claims (auto, property, workersβ comp, liability, fleet)
- Maintain organized documentation, reporting tools, and dashboards
- Support audits, contractor compliance platforms, and safety programs
What Weβre Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in safety, compliance, claims, risk management, or administrative operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, dashboards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Preferred:
- Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree in Business, Safety, or related field
- Experience with insurance carriers, claims systems, OSHA, DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
